Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid). 10 hours per day(including 1 hour break)

Commissioning/ Pre-Commissioning HSE Supervisor reports to the Construction HSE Coordinatoror, while he is the TCM HSE representative at site, he reports to the SiteManager.
He/ She verifies and ensures that all field activities are performed accordingto the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promotingall preventive and corrective action as required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Toperform the job hazardous analysis (JHA) and participate to the job safetyanalysis (JSA).
- Verifythe adequacy and application of the site HSE lan and all relatedprocedures, to the preparing any revisions.
- Toupdate the HSE documentation during all the construction phases whendeemed necessary.
- Tocheck that subcontractors perform their activities in accordance withall the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promotingall necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulationsare observed.
- Toorganize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around, inspectionsand audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, action plans,verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective action.
- Toorganize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSE trainingactivities on site.
- Toorganize and participate to all relevant site HSE meetings, prepare therelevant MOM.
- To cooperatewith the client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits.
- Toorganize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event,finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoidreoccurrence.
- Tokeep accident records, identifying the areas to which prevention must beaddressed.
- Toperform and / or promote the indoctrination / training of personnel.
- Leadand coordinate the activities off the site HSE committee (composed byall contractor and subcontractors HSE representative).
- Tolead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/ fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mock activities.
- Toprepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report andother periodical report.
- Toprepare and update the site HSE statistics, verify the performanceversus the project and corporate HSE objective, targets and performanceindicators.
- Proposerecovery plan in case of mismatch.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- University Degree or Diploma in any Engineering orequivalent.
Experience
- Minimum10 years’ experience in HSE in commissioning projects / operations inthe oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- Relevantexperience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.
- ARAMCOapproval will be added advantage.
