Job summary

A tech solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Collaboration Engineer, responsible for the organization's mail routing and identity management infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure stable operation, address technical issues, and possess significant experience in designing and administering VOIP infrastructures. Must have a Bachelor’s in computer science, 5+ years experience, and be a Saudi National based in Riyadh. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for handling customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in VOIP infrastructures.

• IT industry experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of internal cloud systems.
• Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota to support customers.
• Perform ticket generation and escalations for technical issues.

Job description

We are looking for a Collaboration Engineer (Saudi National) to be responsible for leverage their organization's mail routing and identity management infrastructure to enable efficient and secure communication and data access. Operating with an engineering and solutions mindset, they use tools, programming languages, and APIs to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation for internal cloud day-to-day performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and fault analysis and repair.
• Ticket generation, response, and escalations.
• Standard changes implementation via our change‑control systems and processes. Administration for management applications for health monitor and archive configuration.
• Participate in a 24x7 call‑out rota. Ticket and standard change response for customers with valid support contract. Technical administration and troubleshooting for Cisco collaboration solutions including (Collaboration End Points, Call Manager, Unity, IP Fax Solution, Video Solution, Jabber IM & presence, Express Way (MRA & Jabber Guest), Webex, Prime Management, Voice Gateways and PRIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related degree.
• Senior or out of work for more than three months.
• Must have IT experience.
• Must be Saudi National.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, architecting, and administering routes, switches, bandwidth, modeling and VOIP infrastructures.
• Certifications in collaboration, Cisco switches, media gateways‑routers, Cisco/Tandberg and Polycom video endpoints, Cisco and Polycom immersive technology and Cisco Webex.
• Knowledge of video conferencing hardware and ITU standards.
• Should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
