Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Collaboration systems implementation, deployment, and management.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VoIP and IP telephony systems.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for communication-related incidents.
• Assist in developing technical proposals and network design documents for clients.
