Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia, part of PPG Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell Sigma Paints products in the retail market, manage customer relationships, drive in-store sales, identify opportunities, and deliver expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage order-to-cash cycles and credit terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and recruit new dealers; provide marketing, training, and commercial negotiation to grow market share.
• Offer expert advice on paint selection, surface prep, and application methods to guide customer decisions.
• Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including quotations, invoicing, and logistics coordination for timely delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by tracking performance and refining sales strategies.
• Oversee timely receivables and manage credit terms to maintain financial discipline and minimize overdue balances.
