Job Description

What You’ll Experience

• Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience

Where You’ll Contribute

Materials & Operations:

• Assist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization.

Engineering & Continuous Improvement:

• Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects.

Sales & Services Support:

• Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning.

Site Construction & Commissioning:

• Assist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance.

EHS Trainee:

• Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site.

Procurement Trainee:

• Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination.

Field Engineer

• Support service, resource, and sourcing teams with daily operations, including outage readiness, cost tracking, and resource planning.

What You Bring

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics , Civil) or Supply Chain Management , Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.
