Job summary

NOV is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician in Dammam to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related production equipment. The role emphasizes uptime, safety, and efficient manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electromechanics Technology and 5+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance and CNC service experience, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electromechanics Technology.
5+ years of Equipment Maintenance & CNC machine services.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Experience with multi-axis CNC machines is a plus.
Safety-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment.
Perform unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
Install and upgrade equipment and undertake special projects to improve efficiency.
Maintain inventory of maintenance materials to minimize downtime.
Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and report progress to supervisors.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to detect and resolve issues.
