Job summary

Netskope, a leader in modern security for the cloud and AI era, is hiring a Channel Solutions Engineer in Riyadh. You will build partner relationships, deliver technical enablement, and educate customers on cloud security trends and Netskope’s capabilities.

This role requires 7+ years as a solutions/system engineer, strong presentation skills, and hands-on security and directory/identity experience. Bachelor’s degree is required; Saudi Arabia market focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solutions/System Engineer or equivalent
• Proven ability to present to executives and architects
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering UNIX/Linux and Windows systems
• MDM/MAM knowledge for mobile device management
• Understanding of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
• Hands-on with security solutions: Web Proxy, NGFW, SIEMs, DLP, encryption gateways
• Familiarity with AD/Azure AD and REST/SOAP APIs

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partner base and their SEs
• Lead technical enablement for partner base
• Educate customers on cloud security trends and Netskope solutions
• Deliver demos and best-practices sessions on deployments and workshops
• Train partner SEs by shadowing presentations and installations
• Help partners create evaluation test plans highlighting Netskope strengths
• Present at channel-driven marketing activities as needed
• Support the sales team with partner technical resources during recruitment
• Collaborate with SEs, sales teams, and trainers
• Expand Netskope awareness within existing accounts
