Intellect is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its telehealth platform as freelance remote providers, delivering evidence-based care to clients worldwide.

You will conduct 1-on-1 sessions, document case notes, and collaborate with our clinical team to improve program outcomes, while enjoying flexible scheduling and the option for occasional onsite work.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology required.
• Expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.) required.
• Minimum of 300 post-master's clinical hours.

Mansioni

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support.
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups after traumatic events.
• Support clients with a broad range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.
• Apply evidence-based trauma-informed assessment, intervention, and psychological support.
• Partner with internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes.
• Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements.

What You ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and or onsite clinical support
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management Support CISM CISP to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents traumatic events or high-stress situations
• Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns including anxiety depression trauma addiction eating disorders schizophrenia and more
• Apply evidence-based trauma-informed approaches to assessment intervention and psychological support
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
• Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements

Requirements

• Education: Master s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English ; proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred
• Preferred: EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
