Job summary

Intellect is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists to deliver high-quality mental health care via a remote telehealth platform. This freelance role offers flexible scheduling and the option to complement current practice or other work.

You will provide 1-on-1 telehealth and onsite support, applying evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Arabic and English fluency are essential, withHejazi Arabic preferred, and CISM/CISP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology is required.
• Experience with CBT or trauma-informed approaches is essential.
• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Hejazi Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support.
• Deliver Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP).
• Treat a broad range of mental health concerns with evidence-based approaches.
• Apply trauma-informed assessment, intervention, and psychological support.
• Document cases timely per clinical and platform requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
• Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
• Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
• Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
• Preferred: EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling
• Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
