As a qualified professional, you will conduct individual counselling and group sessions, focusing on resilience and coping strategies for employees dealing with harmful content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy field.
• Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic; English B1 is a plus.
