Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Manager to ensure timely, accurate processing of entitlement events and related entries, while managing operational risk within custody services. The role requires leading a team, maintaining service standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the Malaysia operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc in Business, Finance or relevant field.
• 6-10 years of experience in financial services / custody operations.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process entitlement events and related daily entries accurately and timely.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure income events and payments are correct.
• Maintain adherence to control functions and daily checklists.
• Handle investigations and amendments for reconciling items.
• Respond to queries within service standards and provide back-up support.
• Escalate operational issues to senior staff.
• Build relationships across departments and with external parties.
