CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer for Network Invoicing on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on invoicing operations, fee schedule interpretation, and data handling to ensure accurate monthly closings.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in client billing or accounts receivable, with a background in accounting/finance and familiarity with Excel/VBA. On-site role within Malaysia; proactive team collaboration encouraged.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in client billing or accounts receivable desirable.
• Experience in Financial Services industry desirable.
• SQL or Excel VBA is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret fee schedules and set up invoice templates in the system.
• Retrieve and upload data for month end controls.
• Generate and record invoices, perform controls and justify trends.
• Follow up on aged payables (unpaid invoices).
• Verify Sub Custodian’s invoices by entity with correct payment method.
• Justify break items on invoice payment mismatch against invoice amount.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide a consolidated response to supplier queries.
