CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Client Operations Officer for Network Invoicing on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle fee schedule interpretation, data collection for month-end processes, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks within a global asset servicing context.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting/Finance, familiarity with client billing, and exposure to financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in financial services is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Interpret fee schedules and set fee rates into invoicing templates.
• Retrieve and upload data for month-end controls.
• Generate invoices and perform validations with trend analysis.
• Follow up on aged payables and unpaid invoices.
• Verify sub-custodian invoices by entity with correct payment method.

Experience in Financial Services

SQL or Excel VBA

Formation

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Accounting & Finance degree or related experience
