Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience is typical for this role.
• Experience in client billing or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services (Fund/Investor Services) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and set up fee schedules/fee agreements in invoicing systems.
• Retrieve and upload data for month-end controls.
• Generate and record invoices; perform controls and trend analysis.
• Follow up on aged payables and unpaid invoices.
• Verify sub-custodian invoices by entity and payment method.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment matches.
