Overview

As a CBRE Client Consulting Senior Analyst / Analyst, you will assist in the preparation of strategic client reports through research, data collection, and data management for the development of deliverables.

What You’ll Do

Our assignments usually fall under one of the categories below:

• Highest & Best Use Studies
• Feasibility Studies
• Market Research & Benchmarking
• Go-To-Market Strategies and Pricing models
• Other Consulting including Valuation (under Valuation team lead)

The Consulting team covers the asset classes below. CBRE has specialist teams outside Consulting which focus in Industrial & Logistics and Hospitality:

• Residential
• Office
• Retail
• Sports / Leisure / Entertainment
• Others (healthcare, education)

The Analyst / Senior Analyst would be involved in the phases of the report as follows:

• Site Assessment
  • You might be requested to travel and perform site assessment and field research in different locations of the Kingdom
  • Development codes and regulations assessment
  • Undertake SWOT analysis
• Market Research & Benchmarking
  • Desktop (secondary) research
  • Field (primary) research
  • Macro and socio-economic projections and analysis
  • Real Estate Supply and Demand Model projections and analysis
  • Outlook and Opportunities assessment
  • Benchmarking case studies
  • Market report drafting
• Development Advisory
  • Asset Class and Price Positioning
  • Land use budget table
  • Build to Sell vs. Build to Lease
  • Development advisory report drafting
• Financial Analysis
  • Development planning assumptions
  • Revenue assumptions (price, absorption, occupancy, etc.)
  • Financial planning assumptions (inflation, LTV, interest rate, etc.)
  • Performance KPI (IRR, NPV, payback period, etc.)
  • Sensitivity analysis
  • Financial report drafting
• Other activities/requirements
  • In person attendance to the office (min. 2 days per week)
  • Contribution to proposal preparation under Director/Manager supervision
  • Research and development as required

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
