SGS is seeking a Civil Engineer to conduct site visits and inspect buildings in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards. You will issue reports, document findings, and collaborate with team members to ensure safety and quality throughout projects.

The role requires 2–3 years in civil engineering, strong knowledge of Saudi Code, and excellent communication skills. Open to Saudi nationals only, with focus on compliance and professional delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in Saudi Code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• This role is Saudi nationals only.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits and inspect buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.

• Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors during emergencies.
• Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions.
• Deliver required reports on predefined timings while ensuring professionalism.

Job Description

• Conduct site visit and responsible for inspection of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Issuereports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
• Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors for non-assigned projects during emergency leaves.
• Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions
• Comply with client requirements by delivering the required report on predefined timings
• Handle any project professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in Saudi Code.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing.
• Preferred experience in IDI program
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
