Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy seeks an experienced Civil Foreman for a prestigious high-rise tower construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will supervise daily civil activities, lead site crews, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in civil construction, with mandatory high-rise project exposure and Gulf experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in civil engineering or construction.
• Minimum 10 years supervising civil construction works.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects.
• Gulf experience, preferably Saudi Arabia, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.
• Lead and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors and labor teams.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor productivity and optimize site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, surveyors and safety officers.
• Arrange inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant approval.
• Monitor materials, tools and equipment utilization.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.

Hiring: Civil Foreman

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Civil Foremen to join a prestigious high-rise tower construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising civil construction activities, leading site teams, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.
• Lead and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize daily site activities.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Surveyors, and Safety Officers.
• Arrange inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant approval.
• Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety throughout project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the Civil Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.
• Additional technical certifications will be an advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.
• Experience with main contractors on large commercial or residential developments.
• Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
