Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Construction Manager for a prestigious client operating in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector. The candidate will oversee civil construction and equipment installation on major Saudi Aramco projects, managing local and international subcontractors while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Required are extensive Aramco project experience, strong planning and reporting skills, and a solid educational background in civil, construction, or mechanical

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in civil, construction or mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of SAES and Aramco safety standards is essential.
• Experience with heavy civil works and installation phases.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily construction activities on the site.
• Ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and compliant with SAES.
• Manage both local and international subcontractors and align them with deliverables.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Review methodologies, schedules, and resource plans; provide progress reports.
