Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an executive-level BIM Leader to set the strategic direction for enterprise BIM adoption across Master Development Unit programs. You will convert corporate priorities into a governed delivery framework that maximizes asset value, while driving digital transformation using standards, platforms, and data governance.

You will provide executive leadership across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and the organization’s digital delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application and execution of the organizational enterprise BIM strategy.
• Establish BIM governance frameworks, standards, protocols, templates, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead BIM implementation across major capital projects, ensuring consistency with BIM requirements.
• Drive integration of BIM with digital delivery platforms and CDE systems.
• Oversee BIM execution planning, model management, information management, and data governance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to maximize BIM value and adoption.
• Monitor BIM maturity, project compliance, and performance metrics.
• Establish BIM capability development programs and training initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance digital project delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on BIM requirements during procurement and contractor selection.
• Manage BIM implementation budgets, resources, and external service providers.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and stakeholder engagements.
