A leading large-scale organization is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and transform its marketing function at an enterprise level. This role will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving brand strategy, demand generation, customer engagement, and marketing performance across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and long-term vision.
  • Lead brand positioning, reputation management, and corporate communications at a national level.
  • Oversee demand generation, go-to-market strategies, and customer acquisition across multiple products and platforms.
  • Drive data-led marketing, customer insights, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead digital transformation across marketing channels including digital, media, CRM, and MarTech platforms.
  • Manage agency relationships, media strategy, and high-value marketing partnerships.
  • Establish marketing governance, KPIs, ROI tracking, and performance dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Development, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior marketing leadership team.
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and governance across all communication channels.
Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO or equivalent executive role.
  • Proven experience leading marketing for large, complex organizations (real estate, development, infrastructure, FMCG, telecom, or government-related entities preferred).
  • Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, customer experience, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at board and executive committee level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
