Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Health, Safety and Environment for Generation International KSA to lead HSE strategy across assets in the Kingdom. You will set standards, drive governance, and mentor teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a engineering degree with HSE focus, NEBOSH Diploma, and at least 10 years of HSE leadership experience, preferably in energy or industrial sectors within KSA. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with focus on HSE.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience including leadership roles.
• Experience in KSA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern HSE across ENGIE Generation International assets in KSA.
• Develop and implement HSE strategy, standards and Life Saving Rules.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance reviews.
• Drive incident investigations, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Promote HSE culture and oversee environmental performance.
