Job summary

qlub is scaling its product analytics to support growth across global markets. You will lead experimentation, define data models, and guide a small team of analysts while partnering with Product, Ops, Tech, and Data Engineering to ensure reliable analytics and AI-driven insights.

You’ll shape standards for test design, sample sizing, metrics, and governance, and mentor junior staff to elevate the analytics function in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science, at a data-driven company or modern analytics platform.
• Strong statistics: power analysis, variance reduction, sequential testing.
• Data modeling: dimensional modeling, event schema, SCDs, SQL at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation end-to-end: scale our A/B platform, set test design standards and guardrails.
• Coach PMs and ops leads to run sound experiments and build playbooks and templates.
• Define the analytical data model and ensure consistent joins across product flows.
