Job summary

qlub seeks a senior Analytics Leader to own product analytics and scale experimentation to 50+ tests monthly. You will define data models, governance, and analytics standards, working with Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering to ensure reliable insights.

You will mentor three junior analysts and one senior analyst, driving AI-first analytics within a fintech context. The role is on-site in a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard and others, offering real ownership over analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company.
• Experience building or scaling experimentation programmes with statistics.
• Strong data modelling, including dimensional modelling and event design.
• Ability to communicate with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analytics and scale the experimentation engine to 50+ A/B tests per month.
• Set standards for data model, governance, and analytics reliability.
• Coach a team of three junior analysts and one senior analyst.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering to distribute insights.
