qlub is scaling rapidly and seeks a Growth Marketing Director to own the B2B paid acquisition engine, from creative strategy to funnel optimization. You will drive high-impact campaigns with accountability for ROI.

Manage 100K+ monthly ad spend across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and LinkedIn, build attribution, and lead a small team to turn pipeline into revenue while collaborating with Sales under clear SLAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing.
• Proven B2B pipeline results.
• Strong English communication.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with 100K+ monthly spend.
• Lead creative strategy end-to-end: ad concepts, portfolio, and optimization.
• Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff with Sales SLAs.
• Build reliable multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure.
• Hire and lead a small team of marketers and external partners.
