Lendo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer strategy and the roadmap for key product areas, guiding discovery through launch and optimisation. You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Operations to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, Agile delivery and leadership of cross-functional teams, with a focus on AI-enabled product development and strong stakeholder collaboration
Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Experience owning digital products from discovery to launch with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytics, Agile delivery, UX/UI understanding; AI familiarity and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for major product areas aligned with Lendo's objectives.
- Lead discovery to launch, iterating based on customer insights and data.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to scale products.
- Drive performance using data, measure outcomes, and foster experimentation.
- Identify and lead AI opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency.
