Job summary

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer for Fraser Suites Riyadh to ensure all hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house systems are maintained to a high standard. Arabic fluency and prior hotel maintenance management experience are required.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, oversee external providers, and ensure compliance with CARE program and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Arabic language is a mandatory requirement.
• 5-star hotel maintenance operations experience is advantageous.
• Experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with local regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for hotel assets.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure facility presentation and operation.
• Coordinate with external providers and manage service contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings, manuals, warranties and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with CARE program and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
