Job summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the restaurant industry, and preferably a background in Middle Eastern cuisine.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of delicious meals for our customers. This includes managing the kitchen staff, coordinating daily tasks, planning menus, ordering ingredients and monitoring quality standards. The Chef must also ensure that all food safety regulations are followed strictly and be proactive in maintaining the highest standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen.

The ability to motivate others is essential as the Chef will need to manage a team of sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers and other kitchen staff. Effective communication skills are important as the chef must be able to communicate with other departments within the restaurant as well as suppliers outside of it. Creativity is also valued as new dishes should be introduced regularly to keep customers coming back for more.
