Job summary

You will plan and direct food preparation, design menus, train and supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure high quality and consistency, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Salary: $1200 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Pakistani ingredients, techniques, and flavors.
• Ability to create unique dishes while incorporating modern elements.
• Strong leadership to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for the restaurant
• Create menus and recipes that showcase traditional Pakistani dishes as well as fusion cuisine
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling, preparation, and presentation
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to high standards of quality, taste, and consistency
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
