As an Executive Chef for our luxury hotel in Mecca, Pakistan, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and leading a team of talented chefs. Your main goal will be to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests, while maintaining the highest level of food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan menus and create new dishes that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our guests
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Ensure timely delivery of meals according to guest requests and hotel standards
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed dinners
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
• Advanced knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi proficiency is a plus)
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or similar field
