Job summary

Pinnacle Solutions, an Akima company, is seeking a CH-47 Flight Engineer/Mechanic for on-site work in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor aircraft systems, diagnose faults, and ensure maintenance is recorded and corrected per manuals. Duties include maintenance, repairs, inspections, and training RSLAC personnel as needed. This is a demanding role with day/night shifts and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

Eight years' experience as aircraft mechanic on CH-47F series aircraft.
Qualified by CH-47 maintenance course or civilian equivalent training.
Proficient with computer-hosted interactive technical manuals and aviation maintenance documentation.
Professional verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
Valid state/Government driver’s license.
Must pass overseas deployment physical on hire.
US Citizenship required.
HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

Performs flight crew work supporting heavy multi-engine aircraft.
Conducts APU operations, maintenance test flights, and MOCs.
Performs CH-47F maintenance tasks per manuals and directives.
Removes, inspects, troubleshoots, and installs aircraft systems and subcomponents.
Performs scheduled/unscheduled maintenance including PMS, servicing, and MOC/MTF support.
Uses tools, test equipment, and aircraft ground support equipment.
Prepares, reviews, and updates maintenance forms and records.
Uses measuring tools and alignment fixtures.
Provides OJT, coaching, and mentoring to RSLAC personnel.
Ensures maintenance operations are conducted safely.
Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager and Maintenance Lead.
