Team GDC ME is seeking a Flight Instructor for non-rated crewmembers in the CH-47 aircraft. You will provide flight instruction, conduct preflight briefings, post-flight debriefings, and after-action reviews to ensure trainees understand the training conducted, and maintain training records.
You will develop a non-rated crewmember training program, verify current publications, liaison with top management, support the Gunnery program, and supervise staff as required.
Responsible for performing duties as a Flight Instructor for non-rated crewmembers in the CH-47 Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s). Provide flight instruction to non-rated crewmembers on all flight tasks in accordance with the RSLFAC Aircrew Training Manual (ATM), Program of Instruction (POI), and Flight Training Guide (FTG). Conduct academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics. Conduct preflight briefing, post flight debriefing, and after-action reviews (AAR) to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted. Maintain flight training records in accordance with appropriate RSLFAC regulations and local guidance. Instruction may include any combination of Individual or Group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator. Provide instruction and support for the RSLFAC Gunnery program in the CH-47F. Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Train and evaluate Aviation CE, FI, and SIs in the CH-47FAircraft in accordance with the RSLFAC ATM and specific unit ATP guidelines.

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
