Team Gdc Me, located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Flight Instructor for non-rated crewmembers on CH-47 Aircraft. The role involves providing flight instruction, conducting academic training, and maintaining training records in accordance with RSLFAC regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience as a Flight Instructor, and must pass various physical and evaluation requirements. This position ensures adherence to Saudi labor laws and workplace standards.

Responsible for performing duties as a Flight Instructor for non-rated crewmembers in the CH-47 Aircraft and supporting simulation device s. Provide flight instruction to non-rated crewmembers on all flight tasks in accordance with the RSLFAC Aircrew Training Manual ATM Program of Instruction POI and Flight Training Guide FTG. Conduct academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics. Conduct preflight briefing, post flight debriefing and after‑action reviews AAR to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted. Maintain flight training records in accordance with appropriate RSLFAC regulations and local guidance. Instruction may include any combination of individual or group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator. Provide instruction and support for the RSLFAC Gunnery program in the CH‑47F. Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
