Team GDC ME is seeking a Standardization Instructor to train non-rated crewmembers in CH-47 aircraft and simulators, per ATM, POI, and FTG. The role covers academic and flight instruction, briefing, debriefing, and AARs to ensure thorough understanding of training conducted.
Responsibilities include developing training programs, maintaining records, coordinating with management, and supervising staff. Saudi Labor Law compliance and medical clearances are required.
Responsible for performing duties as a StandardizationInstructor for non-rated crewmembers in the CH-47 Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s). Provide flight instruction to non-rated crewmembers on all flight tasks in accordance with the RSLFAC Aircrew Training Manual (ATM), Program of Instruction (POI), and Flight Training Guide (FTG). Conduct academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics. Conduct preflight briefing, post flight debriefing, and after-action reviews (AAR) to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted. Maintain flight training records in accordance with appropriate RSLFAC regulations and local guidance. Instruction may include any combination of Individual or Group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator. Provide instruction and support for the RSLFAC Gunnery program in the CH-47F. Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
