Job summary

foregroundllc is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to own P&L and set the strategic direction for a leading Saudi retail and consumer goods group. The role will drive transformation into a structured, performance-driven, and scalable enterprise, partnering with shareholders and the board to define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation.

A key focus is strengthening leadership depth, improving operational discipline, and driving commercial excellence across all business

Qualifications

Extensive CEO or Managing Director experience within retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand environments.
Strong track record scaling businesses and leading complex organisations.
Proven experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets is highly preferred.
Arabic language is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership maturity and cultural awareness are critical.

Responsibilities

Own P&L and overall responsibility for the group's strategic direction, operational performance and long-term growth.
Lead transformation to a more structured, performance-driven, scalable enterprise.
Define growth priorities, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation with shareholders and the board.
Strengthen leadership depth, improve operational discipline, and drive commercial excellence across all business units.
Represent the group externally with partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.
