Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific's Advisory Structured Internship offers students hands-on experience in a corporate real estate environment. Join a program of 3 to 6 months, October 2026 to June 2027, working in CBRE's Advisory division on either Strategy Consulting or Valuations, supporting day-to-day operations and real estate projects.

You will develop workplace and professional skills, learn from experienced team members, and build networks in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Real Estate major.
• Must have work authorization to be based in the Middle East.
• Available for 3 to 6 months between October 2026 and June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations within CBRE's Advisory department.

• Track local and regional economic activity and industry trends.
• Participate in mentorship and interact with team leaders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The CBRE Advisory Structured Internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional corporate environment and aims to prepare successful candidates for a future career in real estate. Interns will participate in a structured 3 to 6-month program with responsibilities in supporting day-to-day business operations, participating in real estate projects, learn from experienced team members, and develop foundational workplace and professional skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assigned to a department within CBRE's Advisory business (Strategy Consulting or Valuations)
• Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
• Contribute to special projects in support of process improvement and business growth
• Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials required
• Work closely with assigned experienced team managers/leaders within the Advisory business.
• Participate in mentorship by assigned mentor/leaders
• Track local and regional activities, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market
• Exposure in updating internal tracking database for current and future prospects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Undergraduate currently undergoing a Real Estate (or related) major
• Must have existing work authorization or valid residency to be based and work in the Middle East (ie. KSA Premium Visa, KSA Student Visa, etc)
• Must be able to commit to full time internship for 3 to 6 months between October 2026 - June 2027
• Strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
• Ability to network and develop strong relationships
• Strong presentation and solid communication (written and oral) skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and strong proficiency in MS office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
