As a COOP intern at Kearney , you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client’s unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands‑on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

The KSA COOP Program offers internships ranging from 4 to 7 months, depending on your university's requirements. This application cycle is for students available to start their internship in January 2027, with the potential to be considered for the Ruwwad KSA Analyst Program upon successful completion. The next application cycle will open in January 2027 for students available to start their internship in June/July 2027.
