Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific's Advisory Structured Internship offers students hands-on experience in a corporate real estate environment. Join a program of 3 to 6 months, October 2026 to June 2027, working in CBRE's Advisory division on either Strategy Consulting or Valuations, supporting day-to-day operations and real estate projects.

You will develop workplace and professional skills, learn from experienced team members, and build networks in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Real Estate major.
• Must have work authorization to be based in the Middle East.
• Available for 3 to 6 months between October 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations within CBRE's Advisory department.
• Assist with market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries.
• Support real estate projects and conduct company, property and industry research.
• Help prepare presentation materials for internal and client use.
• Track local and regional economic activity and industry trends.
• Participate in mentorship and interact with team leaders.
• Update internal databases for current and prospective opportunities.
