Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking a Junior Category Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to drive category growth and profitability. You will work at the intersection of product assortment, purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and marketing category initiatives.

The role focuses on supporting plans, pricing, and stock optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial results. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in category management, purchasing, merchandising, or related commercial role.
• Experience supporting product assortment, supplier coordination, purchasing, inventory management, or commercial activities.
• Strong understanding of category management, forecasting, pricing, margins, inventory planning, and profitability.
• Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills; proficient in ERP/BI tools and Excel.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support category plans, assortment reviews, product selection, pricing, and margin optimization.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer demand, and sales performance to uncover opportunities.
• Contribute to forecasts, budgets, promotions, and initiatives to drive category growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist in evaluating new brands and product opportunities.
• Follow up on purchasing requirements, orders, deliveries, pricing, and availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to maintain balance and reduce stockouts.
• Prepare category reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
