Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a competent finance professional to manage daily financial postings, cash handling, and documentation with strict adherence to SOPs and confidentiality.

You will support period-end closings, audits, and financial controls while maintaining organized records and ensuring accuracy in all entries. A high school diploma is required, with at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs.
• Maintain and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure SOP compliance.
