Job summary

Opus, trading as Sold Out, is seeking a friendly cashier to join our Operations team in Riyadh. The cashier will handle orders, process payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with a positive attitude.

You will balance drawers, handle cash, cards, and digital payments, assist guests with menu info, coordinate with kitchen, and maintain a clean station. Flexible shifts, good communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cashiering or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Follow company cash handling procedures and operational standards.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods as required.
