Work corp is seeking a customer service-oriented Cashier for our Medina, Saudi Arabia store. The role focuses on delivering friendly service at the checkout, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized checkout area.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cashier experience in fast-paced retail, strong numeracy, and English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required, with accommodation provided for non-locals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cashier in a retail setting.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter.
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and policies.
Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns/exchanges, and customer service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
