Job summary

Gold Apple is seeking a detail-oriented Cashier and Categories Associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure all sales are accurately recorded and processed in our busy retail store. You will greet customers, handle cash and card payments, reconcile cash drawers, maintain inventory records, restock shelves, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while applying promotions.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
• Ensure that all sales are recorded accurately in the system
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining displays, price tags in case of no customers
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Requirements
