Job summary

BINDAWOOD in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a friendly cashier to join our store team. You will handle payments, assist customers, scan items, and keep the till accurate.

Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

• Accurately process payments including cash credit debit and gift cards and issue receipts

Customer Service

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Address customer concerns questions or complaints promptly and professionally

Product Scanning and Pricing

• Scan items ensure correct prices and assist in checking inventory levels for out-of-stock items

Cash Management

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer process cash and card payments and balance the till at the start and end of shifts

Refunds and Exchanges

• Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies

Stock Assistance

• Assist customers with locating products and advise on promotions and sales

Sales Support

• Promote current sales and promotions to customers

Cleaning and Organization

• Keep the cashier area clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to store safety standards and cash handling procedures to prevent theft or fraud

Qualification
