Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments with precision- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
• Coordinate the work of the cash desk staff and assist in difficult situations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
• Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS- Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
• Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of beauty products is a plus
