Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a skilled professional to implement cash management solutions for Saudi Arabia-based clients, coordinating multiple projects and serving as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will partner with sales, product, and operations to deliver timely outcomes, maintain detailed project plans, run regular client meetings, and escalate risks to protect deadlines and client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or project delivery within banking, payments, cash management, or related financial services.
• Experience with corporate and/or financial institution clients in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to produce structured project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement cash management solutions for Saudi Arabia-based clients and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Partner with sales, product, client service operations and other internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans clarifying roles, tasks, timelines and dependencies with clients and partners.
• Facilitate regular client meetings and status calls to review progress, actions, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate internal and external activities to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
• Provide accurate status reporting and escalate issues that could impact the client experience or target dates.
• Review client requirements, implementation documentation, and data with strong attention to detail.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities contributing to delivery quality.
