Responsibilities

• Prepare and confirm accurate freight documentation.
• Improve trip handling with reports and monitor discrepancies.
• Provide support in cargo operations tasks.
• Enter statistical and operational data into the database to generate efficiency reports.
• Ensure timely and reliable communication and generate regular trip-change reports.
