Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Specialist – Cardiovascular in Riyadh, KSA. You will provide expert clinical support and training on EP systems, collaborate with the sales team, and drive adoption of electrophysiology solutions across the region.

The role requires 3–5 years in cardiovascular care, strong English proficiency, and ability to travel extensively. You will engage with physicians, EP lab staff, and hospital leadership to maximize patient outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or CVT.
• 3–5 years of cardiovascular field experience, especially EP/CRM.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment during case procedures.
• Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize usage with in‑service training.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers.
• Use consultative selling to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
• Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate TM contact with key decision makers.
• Maximize case support through proper planning and scheduling.
• Maintain open communication with local team and partners, and share best practices.
