Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to drive banking analytics for credit and debit card programs in Riyadh. You will analyze customer, transaction, and portfolio data to uncover opportunities and define data-driven strategies.

The role focuses on customer segmentation and predictive modeling, collaborating with risk, product, marketing and sales teams, and building dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking analytics, card data, and segmentation.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop customer segmentation models based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
• Build and apply predictive models for customer behavior, retention, acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and propensity.
• Analyze credit card portfolio performance, customer spend, revenue and profitability.
• Support campaign analytics and measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, revenue, and portfolio performance.
• Perform statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Work closely with business, product, marketing, and risk stakeholders.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
