Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead card portfolio insights in Jeddah. You will own dashboards, reports, and analyses that inform product and risk decisions across multiple teams.

You will leverage advanced SQL and Excel, and tools like Tableau or Power BI to tell data-driven stories for senior stakeholders, driving optimization and growth in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or BI in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly card portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency, and profitability.
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis.
• Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates, and ROI analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Improve data quality and automate recurring reports.

Key Requirements:
