Job summary

Kite is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) in Saudi Arabia to grow strong relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers. You will coordinate all Kite activities, drive appropriate utilization of CAR T therapies, and ensure a seamless customer experience for ATCs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of successful account management in large accounts.
• 3–5 years of hematology/oncology clinical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of cell therapy and treatment logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree; country-specific exam/licensure requirements.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop Kite’s relationship with the ATCs and build executive-level partnerships.
• Coordinate Kite operational activities at the ATCs (site qualification, setup, patient treatment).
• Develop strategic account plans and educate stakeholders on CAR T therapies.
• Provide clinical instruction to staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Quality to deliver solutions.
